ScreenHome FAQ
- Q: How
can I upgrade my old ScreenHome program easily?
A: Download the upgrade package (an Exe or Zip package),
and install it within your existing folder. This overwrites
the original files of the same name.
- Q: I am a registered user.
How can I obtain the latest upgrade information free of charge?
A: We've regularly sent all our customers all the latest
upgrade information. If you haven't received yours, please send
the following information to
support@visnusoft.com,
"Upgrade" in the subject title.
a. Software Name
b. Order ID
c. Registration Name
d. Email Address (included in your order, or used to receive
the first registration info)
e. Old registration code
If you don't remember all the above information, please give
us the following information:
a. When did you order ScreenHome software?
b. Where did you order ScreenHome software (Tucows, Esellerate,
other )?
c. How much did it cost?
We'll send your new version upgrade without charge within 24
hours.
- Q: I paid for the registration. Now,
24 hours later, I still haven't received my registration code.
Why?
A: Normally , if you register online by using eSellerate,
a registration code is sent within a few minutes and put into
your computer automatically. If this process fails for 24 hours,
it will be for one of the following reasons:
a. You didn't use a credit card. Our 24-hour turnaround only
works with credit-card payments;
b. You may have accidentally entered an invalid Email address
with your order;
c. It may be an oversight on our part.
Whatever the reason, please contact us as soon as possible with
a valid Email address, and we will send your registration code
to you promptly.
