Q: I am a registered user. How can I obtain the latest upgrade information free of charge?

A: We've regularly sent all our customers all the latest upgrade information. If you haven't received yours, please send the following information to sales@visnusoft.com, "Upgrade" in the subject title.

a. Software Name
b. Order ID
c. Registration Name
d. Email Address (included in your order, or used to receive the first registration info)
e. Old registration code

If you don't remember all the above information, please give us the following information:
a. When did you order ScreenHome software?
b. Where did you order ScreenHome software (Tucows, Esellerate, other )?
c. How much did it cost?

We'll send your new version upgrade without charge within 24 hours.
